自分の作品はどうやって作られているか。　How is my work made?

 

 

まず、キャンパス地に油絵を描きます。

イメージや物体・模様は特に決めてなく、その日の気分で書いています。

いつもは１mの作品を作るのに、約１mの油絵を２枚から３枚用意しているので、あらゆる偶然が合わさる事になります。

描いた油絵を約２週間放置し乾燥させた後、大まかに切りながら、作品のイメージを膨らましていきます。

自分はこの時の作業が一番好きです。

ある程度イメージが固まったら「芯地・キャンパス地・他の素材」の土台に、切った油絵を並べ、両面テープで止めて、ミシンで縫い付けていきます。

縫う時は、両面テープと油彩の粘着物が原因で、とても縫い難いですが、歯を食いしばりながら我慢して、いつも縫っています。

 

これらを３年やり、今の基礎になっています。他には色々な素材を縫い付けたり、手法を変えたりして、

派生した作品が生まれています。自分のスタイルは、なるべく新しい物や手法を取り入れて、進化させていく事です。

最近は油彩とキャンバス地を別にして加工する事が多く、2015年4月頃からは、和紙と樹脂を材料に使う事が多いです。

和紙に油彩したり、それを藍染めしたり、またそれを切ったり縫ったり、光ファイバーを使ってみたり、また違う材料を見付けてみたり。

でも自然的なイメージはいつも頭に取って離れず。もしこれを一旦離したら、また違う壁が出て来て、乗り越えるように頑張るのでしょうね。

When sewing, it is very difficult to sew due to double sided tape and sticky substance of oil paint, but I patience while clenching my teeth and I always sew.

I have done these three years and it is the foundation of the present. In addition to sewing various materials and changing the method,
Derived works are born. My style is to incorporate new things and methods as much as possible and to evolve.

In the case of
Recently, it is often processed separately from oil painting and canvas and from around April 2015, I often use Japanese paper and resin as a material.
I tried oiling on Japanese paper, indigo dyeing it, cutting and sewing it, using optical fiber, trying to find another material.
But I always take the natural image to my mind. If I release this once again, another wall will come out and I will do my best to get over it.
